Spinach Pie
Ingredients
  1. 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
  2. 1, 16 ounce container of cottage cheese
  3. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
"Arial",sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; letter-spacing: .75pt;">6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 375˚
    2. Squeeze water from thawed chopped spinach.
    3. In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, and salt & pepper.
    4. Pour into baking dish (8x8 works well!) and bake 30 minutes at 375˚, or until set in the center and golden brown on top.
