INGREDIENTS

Meat

11.0pt;">1/2 Of a Large onion sliced
1/2 of a Green pepper sliced
Soft tortillas Optional
Toppings
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Avacodos/Guacamole
- Shredded Cheese
- 1 Can Black/ Pinto beans
Heated
- Grilled vegetables Your cooked onions and peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre slice all your meat into bite size
cubes. In a medium size airtight container mix your vineger, soy, worcestershire,
1 T. cooking oil and chipotle season; then add in your meat and set in
Refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cooking .( Also make your white
rice for your cilantro lime rice during this time)
- Heat your canola oil in a large cast
iron skillet on medium high hea; Add in your meat and cook till good and
brown. ( if you inquire a lot of juices you may need to drain) rremove
from heat.
- In the same skillet throw in your
onions and peppers and cook till softened and slightly browned. Set aside.
- To serve: you can either layer your
rice and meat on a tortilla with your toppings and make into a burrito or
layer your rice, meat and topping in a bowl. Serve!
