INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound small potatoes
- ¼ Cup sour cream
- ½ Brick cream cheese
- ¼ Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- ⅛ Cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Preheat oven to 350F.
2.
Boil the potatoes in a pot until they are
tender.
3.
Set them aside to cool down and remove part of
the potatoes with a spoon.
4.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese,
cheddar cheese, and minced garlic.
5.
Fill the potato skins with the cheese mixture.
6.
Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray, and
add the salt and pepper on top.
7.
Take to the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese
melts.
8.
Garnish with parsley.
9.
Serve and enjoy
