Ingredients
·         Slow Cooker
·         2 Chicken Breasts
·         1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
·         1 Large Onion
·         1 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt
·         2 Tbsp Quark
·         ½ Tsp Paprika
·         1 Tsp Turmeric
·         1 Tsp Cumin
·         1 Tsp Coriander
·         1 Tsp Mixed Spice
·         1 Tbsp Garam Masala
·         1 Tbsp Tandorri Masala
·         Salt & Pepper

Instructions
1.    Peel and dice the onion and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2.    Dice the chicken breasts and add it too.
3.    Add the garlic and all the seasonings along with the yoghurt and cheese.
4.    Using your hands mix everything thoroughly so that the seasoning and yoghurt coats the chicken and onion well.
5.    Place the lid on and set it to high and cook for 4 hours.
6.    After 4 hours stir and serve with white rice.
