4 cups arugula

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook
farro according to package instructions.
2. When
the farro is ready, add arugula, farro, cubed watermelon and cubed feta cheese
to a large salad bowl.
3. Mix all
dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and drizzle the dressing over the
salad.
4. Store
it in the refrigerator and eat within a couple of days.
