The Simple Steps to Making Shrimp Fried Rice
This recipe is suitable for you who haven’t more time to cook. It saves the time; it already served in your table only 20 minutes. You can eat this dish for breakfast or dinner with your family. Ingredients:

·         Two tablespoons of canola or vegetable oil
·         Two tablespoons of sesame oil
·         ½ cup of frozen peas
·         Three carrots, peeled and diced
·         1 pound of medium or large fresh shrimp, cleaned.
·         ½ cup of corn
·         ½ teaspoon of ginger
·         Three garlic, chopped or pressed
·         3 eggs
·         Three green onion, peeled and thin sliced
·         Four tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
·         ½ teaspoon of salt or to taste
·         ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
·         4 cups of cooked rice

Directions:

·         1Prepare the large or medium size of frying pan. Add the sesame oil and shrimp. Cook over medium until high heat for about 3 minutes. Stir well. To make more delicious, don’t overcook the shrimp. Remove the shrimp from frying pan. Place on a plate and take aside.
·         2With the same frying pan, add the vegetable oil. Add the peas, corn, and carrots. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables begin to soften. Don’t forget to stir well. Then, add the garlic and ginger. Stir immediately for about 1 minute.
·         3Set aside the vegetables and add the eggs on frying pan immediately. Cook to scramble and stirring as necessary. Then, put back the vegetables. Add the fried shrimp that ready before, rice, green onions, and soy sauce. Stir to mixed all ingredients. Cook until the shrimp is beginning heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from the frying pan. Place onto the plate. If needed, eat with crackers. Your shrimp fried rice is ready. Yummy!
