Ingredients

1 pound of
large shrimp peeled and deveined
·
1 teaspoon minced
garlic
·
2 teaspoons Cajun
seasoning
·
5 tablespoons of
butter
·
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
sauce
·
1 tablespoon of
lemon juice
·
salt
and pepper to taste
·
Optional:
chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions
1.
Sprinkle
the Cajun seasoning on the shrimp; toss to coat evenly.

Melt
the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1
minute, stirring constantly.

Add
the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and
opaque.
4.
Stir
in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and
pepper and serve; garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
