Chicken Fajita Pasta

All of the flavours of chicken fajitas in a quick, easy and tasty pasta!
ingredients
·          8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
·          1 tablespoon oil
·          1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
·          1 tablespoon taco seasoning
·          1 tablespoon oil
·          1 onion, sliced or diced
·          1 green bell pepper, sliced or diced
·          1 red bell pepper, sliced or diced
·          1 yellow bell pepper, sliced or diced
·          3 cloves garlic, chopped
·          2 cups chicken broth
·          1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
·          1 tablespoon taco seasoning
·          1/2 cup sour cream, greek yogurt or heavy cream
·          1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
directions
1.    Stat cooking the pasta as directed on the package.
2.    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken, sprinkle on the taco seasoning and cook until lightly golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes before setting aside.
3.    Heat the oil in the pan over medium-high heat, add the onions and peppers and cook until just tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
4.    Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
5.    Add The broth, tomatoes, pasta, chicken and taco seasoning and cook until warm, about 5 minutes before removing from heat and
