Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2-3 Tablespoons All-purpose flour (less flour will yield a thinner sauce, more flour a thicker sauce)
- 2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 Cup Pecorino Romano, grated (Can substitute with additional Parmesan cheese)
- To Taste Ground Black Pepper
- To Taste Kosher Salt
Directions

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add
the minced garlic and cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Whisk in the milk, flour, and grated cheeses. Cook the milk
mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sauce begins to simmer and thicken.
Season to taste with ground black pepper and salt. Remove from heat.
3.
Serve immediately or place in a mason jar and refrigerate for
later.
