Cilantro Lime Rice


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. First Precook your rice; bring 4 C. of water and 1 T. of oil to boil in a saucepan. Add in your rice until it returns to boil, cover and reduce heat low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and place into covered container for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. When ready to cook, heat the remaining 3 T. of oil in a Large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Pour your rice into your sauce pan; allow to heat thru and coat with your oil.
  4. Lastly; add your cilantro, lime juice and salt. Just mix till combined and Serve!
