Philly Cheese steak Stuffed Peppers


INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Premake your rice, use 1 C. of beef broth;bring to boil and add rice. Reduce to low heat and simmer covered for 15 min. Once done set in Refrigerator for later.
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Cut the tops and seeds out of each pepper. Then using a large Pot filled with water;bring to rolling boil; add peppers and boil for 5 min. Remove with tongs and place in Casserole dish.
  4. Mix all ingredients for sauce in small bowl
  5. In a large skillet ( I like to use cast iron), heat your oil on medium high heat; add your steak and lightly sear. Throw in your vegetables, and cook until tender. Lastly toss in your rice and heat thru. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in your Cheddar Cheese and sauce ; then spoon your mixture into each pepper until each one is stuffed full. Cover with foil and Place in oven; for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven; and cover each pepper with provolone Cheese. Place back into oven until it slightly begins to bubble.
  8. Remove and Serve.
