This recipe is dairy free, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 1.5 syns per serving
·      Original/SP - 1.5 syns per serving

Ingredients
·      3 chicken breasts or use thighs if you prefer, cubed
·      1/2 cup  (120ml) soy sauce
·      1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
·      1 tablespoon of mirin (2 syns) - double up the sugar if you can't get this
·      1 tablespoon of  sugar  (3 syns)
·      8 wooden skewers
·      2 spring onions, thinly sliced
·      pinch of sesame seeds (syns negligble
Instructions
1.   Soak the wooden skewers in some water, to prevent them from burning
2.   In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin and sugar.
3.   Add the chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour
4.   Skewer the chicken on to the skewers (I used 8 small skewers)
5.   Add the chicken skewers and marinade to a tray lined with aluminum foil.
6.   Grill for approx 15 mins, basting with the sauce and turning about every 5 mins until the chicken is cooked through,. If you have not got a grill you can bake in the oven for approx 20 mins at 200c or 400f.
7.   Decorate with sliced spring onions and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
