·      Extra Easy - 2 syns per serving
·      Original/SP - 2 syns per serving
·      WW Smart Points - 5
·      Gluten Free - use Tamari/gluten free soy sauce
·      Paleo - use coconut aminos
Ingredients
·      leftover cooked chicken
·      3 lettuce leaves (Boston, romaine or other crunchy lettuce)
·      1 clove of garlic crushed
·      2 tbs of soy sauce (Tamari or Coconut Aminos)
·      1 tbs of water
·      2 tsp of honey - 2 syns
·      1 chopped spring onion
·      pinch of sesame seeds
·      spray oil
Instructions
1.   Spray a frying pan with some spray oil
2.   Add the garlic and fry for a minute just to infuse flavour.
3.   Add soy sauce (Tamari or coconut amigos), water and honey
4.   Heat until it starts to bubble and reduces down and thickens.
5.   Add in cooked chicken and toss to coat.
6.   Serve on crisp lettuce leaves, sprinkled with chopped spring onion and a pinch of sesame seeds.
