Watermelon-Strawberry Smoothie
A refreshing vegan
watermelon and strawberry smoothie that will cool you off on even the hottest
summer days.

Ingredients
For the smoothies:
§ 2
cups cubed seedless watermelon
§ 1
frozen banana, cut into chunks
§ 1
cup frozen strawberries
§ 1/2
cup light coconut milk
§ Juice
from 1 lime
§ 1
tablespoon fresh mint leaves
§ 1
tablespoon chia seeds
For garnish:
§ Watermelon
balls
§ Chia
seeds
§ Fresh
mint leaves
Instructions
1.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and process on high
until smooth. Pour into glasses.
2.
Garnish with watermelon balls, chia seeds and a few fresh mint
leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
