Lo mein is a noodle dish from China that the noodles made from wheat flour. If you look back into it first appear, Lo mein comes as a dry noodle soup with wonton. Lo mein is served separated on the side. Lo mein usually served with a variance of vegetables and seafood or meat. People often use chicken,  beef, wontons or shrimp within their Lo mein. How to make Easy Lo Mein
You probably a fan of Chinese fast food that identifies Lo mein as your favorite menu that served in a white box packed noodle. But you probably wrong to locate about the difference of lo mein and chow mein. The one that served as the soft noodle, it is Lo mein. On the other hand, chow mein served by cooked the noodle to crispness. So, Lo mein is a right menu for you that love to eat something soft. Ingredients:

·         8 ounces egg noodles
·         1 tbsp olive oil
·         Two cloves minced garlic
·         2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
·         One red julienned pepper
·         One julienned carrot
·         1 cup of snow peas
·         3 cups of baby spinach
·         2 tbsp soy sauce
·         Two tsp sugar
·         One tsp sesame oil
·         1/2 tsp ground ginger
·         1/2 tsp Sriracha

Directions:

1.      1Make a mixture by taking a medium bowl to mix sugar, soy sauce, ginger, Sriracha and sesame oil until it blended well then set aside for later. For the noodle, you need to boil some water in a big container until it cooks then drain well. Make sure you do not bake the noodle too long.
2.      2Heat some olive oil at a high temperature by putting into a large pan. Put some garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms. Cook them by occasionally stirring until it gets tender for 3 to 4 minutes.
3.      3Put the snow peas and baby spinach for 2-3 minutes until it has shrunken. The stir in the egg noodles put a mixture of soy sauce, and toss to whisk gently. Your Lo mein ready. Make sure to eat it immediately before the noodle getting mushy.
