Ingredients:

·         800 gr flour (all-purpose)
·         200 gr cornmeal
·         One and a half tablespoons of baking powder
·         150 gr granulated sugar
·         A half teaspoon of salt
·         A half teaspoon of baking soda
·         50 gr minced onion (dried)
·         A teaspoon Cajun seasoning
·         600 ml whole milk
·         3 eggs (large)
·         50 gr vinegar (apple cider)
·         300 gr pickled jalapeños, cut into cubes
·         Oil

Directions:

·        1The first thing you need to do to make this homemade Jalapeno Hushpuppies is by preparing a large mixing bowl. Then, place the dry ingredients in it, such as flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, sugar, baking soda, dried onion and Cajun seasoning.
·        2Next, prepare a smaller mixing bowl to combine the wet ingredients, like whole milk, eggs, vinegar and pickled jalapenos. Make sure you combine the mixture in both bowls well until they are completely mixed. When it is done, you may combine the mixture together.
·        3Make sure the mixture is all combined by stirring them occasionally until they get completely blended. To continue, you need to prepare a pot. Here, you can use a large one and then heat it over 375 Fahrenheit-degree. When it is hot enough, you may start frying.
