How to make grilled seafood pasta fra Diavolo
Well, we will share the ingredients and directions. The parts are easy to find and simple to follow the instructions. So, let’s go

Ingredients

·         One cup of olive oil
·         Two tablespoons of red chili flakes
·         One Chile pepper, halve and seed it.
·         Three tablespoons of salt
·         One tablespoon unsalted of butter
·         Two tablespoons of parsley (chopped)
·         Three cups of parmesan
·         Eight clams (scrubbed first)
·         ½ cup of white wine
·         One garlic and onion (minced it)
·         Two shallots (chopped it)
·         8 ounces of jumbo shrimp.
·         One pound of linguini
·         Two large of lobster tails
·         Zest of two lemon
·         One tablespoon of black pepper

Directions.

There will be three section on this cook. The sections divided into chili oil, tomato sauce and the pasta
·         1First, for the chili oil. Place oil into the pan. Fill the pan with the red chile flake. Cook for 5 minutes.

·         2Second, for the spicy tomato sauce. Heat pan over medium high heat. Crush the tomatoes and chili with two teaspoons of chili oil. Pour the salt and black pepper. Grill until charred for 4 minutes. Take the tomatoes into a bowl.
·         3And the third, cook the pasta. Add water to a big pot. Fill the pot with lobster. Cook the lobster until the lobster getting red. Remove the lobster and take it into cutting board. Remove the tail meat.
·         4Slice the lobster into length size. Take the lobster into a bowl and add the shrimp. Pour with one tablespoon of chili oil and salt. Toss all the ingredients. Grill the lobster and shrimp into a pan for 5 minutes.
·         5Remove the lobster and shrimp to a bowl. Minced the lobster. Fill the pot with the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente. Heat chili oil in a pan, add shallots, garlic, salt, spicy tomatoes and white wine for 5 minutes. Add the pasta, lobster, shrimp, parmesan, black pepper, parsley, and lemon zest.
