This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 2.5 syns per serving
·      Original/SP - 2.5 syns per serving
·      WW Smart Points - 1 per serving
·      Gluten Free - use a gluten free Hoisin Sauce
*suitable for freezing
Ingredients
·      2 chicken breasts (500g/17.5oz), sliced into bitesize pieces
·      2 cloves of garlic, crushed
·      3 tbs of Hoisin Sauce (7.5 syns)
·      1/4 cup (60 ml) of passata (crushed tomatoes)
·      1/4 cup (60 ml) of water
·      cooking oil spray
·      3 spring onions, finely sliced
·      salt and black pepper
Instructions
Stove Top:
1.   Mix together the garlic, hoisin sauce, passata and water
2.   Spray a frying pan over a medium high heat with cooking oil spray.
3.   Add the chicken and frying until lightly golden on all sides. Season with salt and black pepper.
4.   Remove from pan and set aside.
5.   Add the sauce and bring to a boil, so that it reduces and thickens slightly. 
6.   Add back in the chicken pieces and toss until nicely coated in the sauce and cooked through.
7.   Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and your choice of sides.
Actifry:
1.   Mix together the garlic, hoisin sauce, passata and water
2.   Spray the pan of the actifry with cooking oil spray.
3.   Add the chicken pieces and cook in the actifry for 8 mins until lightly golden, season with salt and black pepper and remove and set aside.
4.   Add the sauce ingredients to the actifry and cook for 3 mins.
5.   Add back in the chicken and cook for an additional 3 mins until cooked through.
6.   Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and your choice of sides.
