This easy delicious Low Syn Creamy Hawaiian Pasta Salad is the perfect dish for barbecues, picnics and lunches. 
Ingredients
·      200g/70z of uncooked pasta (I used farfalle bows)
·      200g/7oz of ham, diced
·      150g/5.5oz of fresh pinepple, chopped
·      4 green onions, chopped
·      1 carrot, julienned
·      2 baby cucumbers, diced
·      1/2 red pepper, diced
·      1/2 small red onion diced
·      3/4 cup of sweetcorn
for the dressing:
·      4 tbs of light mayonnaise - 8 syns
·      1.5 cups of fat free plain yoghurt
·      1 tbs of white vinegar
·      2 tsp of dijon mustard  - 1 syn
·      2 tbs of sweetener (I used sukrin: 1)
·      1.5 tsps of onion powder
·      salt and black pepper to season
Instructions
1.   Add the pasta to a saucepan of boiling hot water, cook to al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
2.   Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together well.
3.   Add all the chopped veg and ham to a large bowl with the pasta.
4.   Pour in the dressing and toss to coat. 
5.   Season well with salt and black pepper
