Ingredients:

·         200 gr pasta, choose the angel hair one
·         450 gr chicken breasts, cut into several small chunks (1/2 inch thick)
·         Salt and pepper as the seasoning
·         Garlic salt to taste
·         50 gr flour
·         75 gr butter
·         3-4 cloves minced garlic
·         200 gr of heavy whipping cream
·         30 ml of lemon juice
·         One lemon, zested
·         100 gr grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

1The first thing to do is to prepare for the pasta. Here, you may follow the instructions written in the package to cook the pasta until it is thoroughly cooked. After that, you also need to drain the pasta and then set it aside for a while. Next, you may prepare for the chicken.

2Here, you need to season the chicken with the seasoning powder, like salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Make sure you cover all parts of the chicken completely. Then, prepare a bowl of flour and dredge the chicken breasts in it. Also, coat the chicken with the flour evenly.

3Next, prepare a large skillet and then heat it up with two tablespoons of butter over medium or medium-high heat. After the butter is melted and hot, you may add the floured chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook each side for around 3 to 5 minutes until they turn golden brown. Then, place them on a plate with a foil cover to make it still warm.
