How to make Shrimp, tomato, and spinach pasta in garlic butter sauce
To make this shrimp and vegetable pasta with a buttery and tasty sauce, you only need to spend time an hour in your kitchen until it is ready to enjoy.

Ingredients:

·         450 gr raw shrimp (shelled and deveined)
·         Five pieces of medium-sized tomatoes, cut into cubes
·         200 gr spinach (cooked)
·         Five cloves of minced garlic
·         60 gr butter
·         A tablespoon of olive oil
·         A quarter part of lemon
·         Salt
·         A half teaspoon of red pepper (crushed)
·         Paprika
·         250 gr fettuccine pasta
·         100 gr grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1The first thing to do is prepare a large skillet and heat it with a spoon of butter and a spoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook these ingredients for several seconds until the butter gets completely melted. When it is done, you may continue to add some more other ingredients.

2The next ingredients are the shrimp and half of the minced garlic. Place the shrimp in the skillet and make sure it is not overlapped. Cook them for around a minute for each side of the shrimp until it is completely cooked or the color turns to pink.

3When you cook the shrimp, don’t forget to add the paprika along with the salt to the uncooked side. After that, add other vegetable ingredients, like chopped tomatoes, cooked spinach and the rest of the minced garlic. Also, don’t forget to add a half teaspoon of red pepper.

4Combine them well and turn the heat off while you continue making the pasta. Cook the pasta based on the directions written in the package. When it is done, don’t forget to drain the pasta with cold water so that it won’t get mushy. Next, you can place the pasta in the skillet.

5Next, add the lemon squeezed over the mixture, around a quarter or a half lemon but don’t give the juice too much. After that, season with salt and crushed red pepper. Simmer over medium heat until the shrimp, and other ingredients get thoroughly cooked.
